Industrial fire protection engineering experience: >14 years
Ian started his career beginning 2005 working as Project Engineer on large scale HVAC and fire protection projects at Imtech Projects in The Hague. In 2006 Ian relocated to Schiphol Airport guiding large scale fire protection projects where automatic sprinkler systems were being installed in the departure halls of Terminal 1 & 2.
Beginning 2007 Ian joined Jacobs Engineering working in the Safety and Loss Prevention department on large scale EPCM and Consultancy projects. In this role Ian advanced from Engineer, to Sr. Engineer and finally to Discipline Supervisor in 2014.
In May 2016 Ian and his former business associate founded PYRO-IFPS B.V.
In January 2018 Ian decided to leave PYRO-IFPS B.V. and that same month “Reliant Fire Protection B.V.” was born.
It’s our goal to provide Clients with maximum fire protection safety against minimum investment costs.
Markets of specialty are: Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy and Pharma.
